Retail Customers (Online Orders)

  • Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging intact and suitable for resale.
  • Boxes must not be damaged or opened.
  • Approved returns will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Wholesale Customers

  • Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery.
  • Items must be new, unused, and in original, resalable packaging.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used products
  • Items with broken or missing packaging
  • Products not returned in resalable condition
