Retail Customers (Online Orders)
- Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery.
- Items must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging intact and suitable for resale.
- Boxes must not be damaged or opened.
- Approved returns will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Wholesale Customers
- Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery.
- Items must be new, unused, and in original, resalable packaging.
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used products
- Items with broken or missing packaging
- Products not returned in resalable condition
